About the Role

- This is a high-volume screening role, where you’ll conduct short, structured interviews (up to 15 minutes) and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Your workday is 9 hours (including a 30-minute break), with approximately 8.5 hours dedicated to interviews and related tasks (calls and notes).
- Your role is to consistently fill your calendar with screening interviews, conduct them, and document outcomes.
- You will spend a large part of your day on back-to-back calls, speaking with candidates from different countries and backgrounds.
- You’ll work closely with the People & Talent Lead, who manages hiring decisions - your role is to ensure consistency, organization, and high-quality screening.
- Importantly, you will not be responsible for sourcing or reviewing applications - this part of the process is handled by a separate team, allowing you to fully focus on interviews and candidate screening.
- This is a highly structured, output-driven role, where consistency and daily volume are key to success.
