$600–$700 USD per month (base salary, depending on experience)

Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Polish time (CET)
Weekends off
13th Month Salary (after one year)

We’re looking for a Philippines-based Outbound Sourcer to join our team fully remote. You’ll support our recruitment efforts by finding and engaging great candidates across the USA, India, the Philippines, and Poland.
We care more about finding the right people than hitting numbers. Your work will be evaluated by the quality of candidates and the strength of the pipeline — not volume.
There’s room to grow here — from sourcing into full-cycle recruitment, with mentoring and support from our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Sourcing candidates for international roles in the USA, India, the Philippines, and Poland.
-Using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify suitable candidates.
-Sending personalized outreach messages and building genuine connections.
-Maintaining organized candidate lists and talent pipelines.
-Working closely with Recruiters to support current and future hiring needs.
Who We’re Looking For
This role is a great fit if you:
-Have 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment support, or talent research.
-Are comfortable using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
-Have strong written English communication skills.
-Are detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized.
-Can work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setup.
Nice to have:
-Experience supporting international hiring.
-Background in recruitment, HR support, or virtual assistance.
-E-commerce or corporate environment experience.
