Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month gross base salary, plus up to approx. ₹28,600/month performance bonus, if earned. Bonus eligibility starts after the first full month of employment.
Hours: Full-time, 48 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM U.S. EST — India night shift
Days Off/Vacation:
- 5 paid vacation days after one year of employment
- Up to 6 paid days for National Indian Holidays
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Order & Shipping Processing Associate to support our order fulfillment and shipping operations. In this role, you will process customer and vendor orders, create and manage shipping labels, track packages, and communicate with vendors to make sure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
This position requires strong attention to detail, good spoken and written English, and the ability to work during overnight hours aligned with U.S. business operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Process customer and vendor orders from start to finish
- Create, review, and manage shipping labels
- Track packages and follow up on shipment status
- Communicate with vendors regarding order details, delivery timelines, and shipping issues
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, payments, and tracking information
- Verify order details and ensure information is correct before shipment
- Follow up on delayed, missing, or incorrect shipments
- Report order or shipping issues to the appropriate team members
- Support the team in ensuring timely delivery and high service quality
Requirements
- Experience in order processing, shipping coordination, logistics, vendor coordination, or supply chain support
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with vendors and internal team members
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple orders at once
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Willingness to work an overnight shift aligned with U.S. hours
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or a related field
- Experience with shipping labels, package tracking, courier portals, or order management systems
- Experience working with international vendors or U.S.-based teams
- Previous experience in e-commerce, jewelry, retail, or logistics operations
