About the role

At Brilliance.com, we run and develop an international e-commerce business in the jewelry industry. We work with jewelry, engagement rings, and diamonds, and the way our products are organized, described, and presented online directly impacts the customer experience.

We are looking for a junior E-commerce Product Assistant to join our team in Gdynia.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or develop a career in e-commerce, product management, digital merchandising, or product catalog management.

This is not simply a data-entry position. Your work will directly influence how customers discover, compare, understand, and ultimately choose products online.

The position is fully onsite at our Gdynia office. We work closely as a team, so this role will suit someone who enjoys in-person collaboration, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn from more experienced team members.

What you'll do:
  • Update and maintain our online product catalog, including descriptions, images, pricing, availability, specifications, and other product information.
  • Make sure product pages are complete, consistent, accurate, and easy for customers to understand.
  • Review product descriptions, categorization, attributes, and brand consistency.
  • Support the Product Manager with the day-to-day maintenance and development of the product catalog.
  • Regularly review product listings and identify errors, missing information, and inconsistencies.
  • Help resolve issues related to products, availability, descriptions, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams on product updates, campaigns, and launches.
  • Support the team with product-related customer inquiries.
  • Work with product data in Excel, Google Sheets, and other e-commerce tools.
  • Suggest small improvements that make our online assortment easier to manage and better to shop.

What we're looking for:
You don't need years of professional experience. For this role, attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn matter more.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Is able to work onsite from our office in Gdynia.
  • Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Can quickly spot errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
  • Is interested in e-commerce, online products, digital merchandising, or product management.
  • Wants to learn and develop in product catalog management.
  • Can manage multiple smaller tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Understands how customers browse, compare, and purchase products online.
  • Feels comfortable working with product descriptions, data, spreadsheets, and online tools.
  • Has a good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Communicates clearly and works well with different teams.
  • Has a proactive mindset and notices opportunities for improvement rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
  • Has English skills sufficient to work with product descriptions, documentation, and internal communication.

Nice to have:
It would be an advantage if you have:
  • First experience in e-commerce, retail, product catalog management, or working with online products.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
  • Experience with CMS, PIM, Google Analytics, or other e-commerce tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO for product pages.
  • Experience creating or editing product descriptions and product content.
  • Studies or a degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, management, or a related field.
  • An interest in jewelry, fashion, premium products, or online retail.

What we offer:
  • 5,000-6,500 PLN gross per month.
  • Employment contract or contract of mandate.
  • Full-time onsite work from our office in Gdynia.
  • A junior role where you can gain hands-on e-commerce experience.
  • Direct collaboration with the Product Manager and other teams.
  • The opportunity to work on a large international e-commerce website.
  • Practical experience in product management, digital merchandising, and product catalog management.
  • Real influence on how products are presented to customers online.
  • A small, focused team without corporate bureaucracy.
  • No micromanagement.
  • A comfortable work environment with no dress code.
  • Lux Med private medical care.
  • MultiSport card.
  • Training and course subsidies.
