Customer Service Representative
Location: Boynton Beach, FL (Onsite)
Salary: $45,000 – $55,000/year (DOE + performance)
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | No Weekends
Hours: Shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break)
About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping people and delivering premium service. In this role, you’ll support customers of a well-established luxury brand, ensuring every interaction is smooth, helpful, and memorable.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to high-end luxury products.
- Accurately document and manage interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members via Slack and Google Workspace.
- Focus on problem-solving and creating a positive customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English).
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools, Slack, or Google Workspace is a plus.
