AI Solutions Associate

You help teams inside the company work faster by using AI tools.

What you actually do:
  • Talk to teams and understand what’s slowing them down.
  • Turn messy problems into clear steps.
  • Build simple automations and workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n).
  • Use ChatGPT / Claude to help with analysis or tasks.
  • Fix and improve automations when they break.
  • Test ideas quickly and keep improving them.
  • Document what you build so others can use it.

What they really want:
  • Someone practical, curious, and hands-on.
  • Good at figuring things out (not waiting for instructions).
  • Comfortable experimenting and failing fast.
  • Basic understanding of how tools connect (APIs, webhooks).

What it is NOT:
  • Not heavy coding.
  • Not a pure “ChatGPT prompt writing” job.
  • Not rigid or step-by-step work.

Reality of the role:
  • Lots of trial and error.
  • Talking to different teams daily.
  • Building small AI automations that save time.
  • Improving processes inside the company.

Big Condition:
  •  Fully onsite in Gdynia.
